- In a bowl, mix water, sunflower oil, yeast, sugar, egg and yogurt.
- Add salt and flour little by little until a non-sticky dough is formed.
- Cover and leave for 50 minutes.
- Cut the dough into 50 g pieces and make balls.
- Press the ball and open into a round shape and put cheese filling in the center.
- Close tightly and shape.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
- Brush with egg to give them a nice color.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
