Greek bulgur salad

A great summer salad!

  1. Rinse your bulgur well and boil in a pot of water for 8-10 minutes. Remove and strain, in another medium bowl, mix the bulgur, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, parsley, mint, salt, pepper, vinegar, balsamic glaze, olives, capers, feta cheese, and olive oil.
  2. Mix the bulgur salad with a spoon.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Remove, stir and serve.
